Billing and Refunds

What is sold
Current products are prepaid credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. Pack prices and quantities are shown before checkout. The current rates are one credit per completed chat reply and five credits per completed generated image. Credits do not expire under the current product rules.
Payment confirmation
A payment invoice is not a confirmed purchase. Credits are granted only after the payment service confirms the applicable payment and the credit grant is recorded. Do not send funds to an expired invoice. Network fees, confirmation times and unsupported transfers may affect crypto payments.
Account and credit support
For account access problems, missing credits, duplicate payments, an incorrect pack, or credits you believe were incorrectly consumed by a failed or malfunctioning feature, contact support@dreamgirlforever.ai or use the public reporting form with category Billing. Include your account email, order reference if available, approximate time, affected feature and a description of the issue. We will review the relevant records and determine the appropriate correction or remedy. Credit adjustments are not automatic or guaranteed solely by submitting a request. Never send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or identity documents.
All sales final
All sales of prepaid credits are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights relating to faulty or undelivered services or withdrawal.
Cancellation and withdrawal
There is no automatic renewal to cancel for current prepaid packs. Account closure does not automatically reverse payments. Where applicable law provides withdrawal rights for digital services or content, any immediate-performance consent and acknowledgment must be collected separately before relying on an exception; these terms alone do not record that consent.
