Who may use the service
Dreamgirlforever provides AI-generated fictional companions for adults. You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age and access requirements that apply where you are. Do not bypass access restrictions or use the service where it is prohibited. In locations that legally require verified age assurance, adult features are restricted until a qualifying verification is completed, or remain unavailable where no qualifying method is offered yet.
AI disclosure
Characters are fictional, not real people. Replies and media are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. They are not professional medical, legal or financial advice, and this is not an emergency service or a way to arrange in-person services.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials private. Do not access another person’s account, impersonate a real person, circumvent usage limits, exploit vulnerabilities or resell access without permission. Follow the Acceptable Use and Community policies.
Purchases
Current credit packs are one-time purchases; there is no automatic renewal or automatic wallet withdrawal. The checkout shows the pack, currency and total before payment. Credits are consumed by completed features at the displayed rate. Unavailable or forthcoming features are not included in a purchase. See Billing and refunds.
Your content and permissions
You must have the rights needed to submit material. You authorize the processing, storage and provider transmission necessary to deliver the feature you request. Public sharing requires a separate deliberate submission. Do not submit real-person intimate likenesses, personal identification documents, or content involving minors. AI output may not be unique and we do not promise exclusive copyright in it.
Restrictions and disputes
Access or content may be restricted to address abuse, a rights complaint, security risks or legal requirements. You can ask for review through Complaints and appeals. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded. Use the support contact for disputes; these terms do not impose a new arbitration clause or invent a governing jurisdiction.
Closing an account
Account controls support data export and closure. Clearing studio content is different from closing an account. Transaction, fraud-prevention and legally required records may remain after closure, as explained in Privacy. A closure request does not itself request a refund.
Changes
Material changes to the service or these terms should be communicated before they take effect where required. The dated published version applies; a future feature announcement is not a promise that it is available today.
