How to submit
Use the public reporting form for content, safety, privacy, billing or other concerns. No account is required. You receive an on-screen reference after the report is stored. Save that reference. Providing a reply email enables follow-up; anonymous reports cannot receive an email response.
What happens next
Cases begin as Received and may move to In review, Action taken or Closed. Review notes are retained privately. Submission does not automatically remove content, refund a payment or send an acknowledgment email. The operator must monitor the queue and perform any necessary action.
Appeals
Choose Appeal, include your original reference and describe the error or new information. Request an explanation of the decision where appropriate. Do not submit duplicate reports to accelerate review.
Timing and urgent concerns
Underage and non-consensual reports are prioritized. Valid non-consensual intimate-imagery reports are actioned within 48 hours.
